This 1960’s fibro and weatherboard beach house in Palm Beach is typical of many in the suburb. This particular house had undertaken some renovations in the 1970’s, that included a 2 storey box style extension slapped onto the end, and the fad of it’s time, the faux brick stuck over the top of the fibro and weatherboard.
This house was indicative of the 50’s-60’s era. It used to resemble a dime a dozen small, brick and tile abode. It has since undergone major renovations with a spectacular carport then added. The carport extension fuses the house with the extensive use of timber slats. It adds value, uniqueness and glamour to this lakeside home.
