Mat Stringer, builder, owner, and director has been in the building industry for 25+ years.
Vision
Stringer Building Services is a company with a focus on ‘Quality Homes with an Individual Touch’. Being a ‘hands on’ builder means Mat can make provisions for on site analysis and direction.
History
Mat started as an apprentice carpenter, went on to operate as a small self-employed carpentry contractor before obtaining his builders license.
Work
To date Mat has helped to design and construct a number of quality projects on the Gold Coast and in Northern New South Wales including new homes, extensions, renovations, alterations and medium commercial works.

This beachfront home on Jefferson Lane in Palm Beach was originally built in the eighties and was a standard brick and tile project home with no thought given to its beachfront location.

Family Haven
Family Haven

This 1960’s fibro and weatherboard beach house in Palm Beach is typical of many in the suburb. This particular house had undertaken some renovations in the 1970’s, that included a 2 storey box style extension slapped onto the end, and the fad of it’s time, the faux brick stuck over the top of the fibro and weatherboard.
