Starting as a brick and tile 80's home with a myriad of modifications carried out over decades, this home was in dire need of a face lift.

The client had a clear picture in her head as to what she wanted and we were able to deliver this in spades.

The whole roof and façade of the home were removed making way to a new 3rd level parents retreat, luxurious ensuite, and walk-in robe.

The ground floor level was renovated with a new bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, and entry.

The use of vertical timber battens in the entry and kitchen gave the home a unique and sturdy feel on arrival, along with a timber entry deck and breeze block walkway.

The bathrooms were tiled with an oversize tile, giving the wet area a seamless look.

A ventilated skylight was installed in the ensuite providing ventilation, light, and sky views.

The master bedroom has steep, raked ceilings with VJ lining, which provides space and size. A day bed on the eastern side of the master bedroom provides storage and comfort as you look through the huge window to the ocean beyond.

A new carport and driveway were added in the true Hamptons theme with the use of timber screening, open pergolas, and quality fencing tying the entire job together.

The home has true street appeal and offers so much more upon entry.
