This home was purchased by the Neumann family because of its history lot size and view. Originally the scope of works was to add a new ensuite and rehash the entry.
As the job progressed the client decided to completely renovate the top level removing walls and adding a new bathroom, kitchen, staircase and entry, renewing all the windows and a total repaint.
The results are amazing, especially when a large recycled deck with a fly-over roof was added. The idea was to maintain the original character of the home but to change the internal layout to fit the family’s needs.
