Originally a cattle farmer’s homestead, this old girl was possibly the oldest home in Tugun and sharing arguably the best view on the Gold Coast.
This home was purchased by the Neumann family because of its history lot size and view. Originally the scope of works was to add a new ensuite and rehash the entry.
As the job progressed the client decided to completely renovate the top level removing walls and adding a new bathroom, kitchen, staircase and entry, renewing all the windows and a total repaint.
The results are amazing, especially when a large recycled deck with a fly-over roof was added. The idea was to maintain the original character of the home but to change the internal layout to fit the family’s needs.
